In recent years, due to the changeable and uncertain environment, it causes difficulties for the management of childhood education. The aim of this research is firstly to search articles from change leadership in the literature review. This research will then explore change leadership from the perspectives of its meaning, innovation challenges. Based on the literature, concrete strategies and actions were constructed including innovations on inspiration, planning, elaboration, communication and supporting mechanism. The aim is to offer guidelines for the kindergarten principle to cope with the difficulties and increase the efficiency on running business.
