摘要

本文探討民進黨新潮流派系的大陸經貿政策。新潮流長期在黨內相關政策扮演最為重要及主導的角色，其政策頗具特色，包括鮮明的主權論述與不同內容。新主權論述帶動經貿政策的轉型；經貿政策路線，從早期的保守、提防、自我防衛與有效管理，已明顯轉變成政策務實與態度善意。其中，台灣對大陸經貿數量的擴增及兩岸加入世界貿易組織亦是影響政策轉型的主因。

This topic of this paper is to explore economic and trade policy toward Mainland China of the DPP's New Tide Faction. Being the most important faction in the DPP; its policy includes the Taiwan sovereignty implications and different discourses, and the past line was towards to conservative, self-protection and effective management. When the transition of sovereignty discourse and exchanges of huge amount of money and economic and trade business across the Taiwan's Strait, and both the government joined the WTO, faction's policy was toward to make a transition. It emphasized the realistic and flexible policy; and the good intention on political attitude.
