輔導、個案與班級經營-以國立宜蘭技術學院五專生輔導個案為例

摘要


本文僅就最直接的與學生接觸,所得到的一些實務狀況及處理的過程,以及個案發生時的個別考量和修正應變,尤其是與e世代的年輕學子們的對談,也有些因腦力激盪所引出的一些值得記述的內容。另外,在輔導五專低年級學生時,學生作提週記中所提出的各種千奇百怪的狀況,要求導師協助或解惑的事例,較有啟示和教育意義的『問』與『答』也將在本文中專章節引,以一窺這些由國中生「突然變成」大專生,且多數係第一次離鄉背井遠離父母獨自生活的大孩子們,所面臨的疑惑及調適的問題,其情境亦可謂是五花八門不一而足。

This article sets its attention on the actual condition and processing from the author who contacted his students. The author obtained some content about individual cases and talked about e-generation's student worth to keep in mind. In addition, when the author guided the students in junior college, they raised many fantastic questions from their weekly note, and requested the author to help. Thus, this article excepted some ”question and ask” from the student's weekly note, to observe these students from middle school to junior college. Suddenly, moreover, most students stay far away from home for the first time, so they must face to many questions about doubt and adjustment. Their situations were so-called ”rich in variety”.
