商務華語學習者需求分析

Learner's Needs Analysis in Business Chinese

摘要


由於學習商務華語的人數逐年增加,順應這股潮流,相關教材的編輯開發也呈現空前的盛況。不過,這些教材多以編寫者虛擬情境為主題設計課程內容,鮮見以華語學習者的需求角度來設計課程內容。因此,筆者以華語學習者為對象設計問卷,徵詢並蒐集學習者對商務華語的學習動機,以及想要學習的主題範疇、工作類別、課程內容等,藉以瞭解學習者的需求。並從中分析學習者需求與現有教材之間的落差,以提供今後教材編輯上的一個參考方向。

Due to the increase in the population of those who are learning Business Chinese every year, materials development related to textbooks seems to be thriving along with stream. Editors under fictitious situation, however, instead of the learners' requirement, design these textbooks. The study, therefore, will probe and collect the learning motivation of Business Chinese by redesigning questionnaire for the learners, in order to meets their need such as subject category, work category, curriculum content, etc. The analysis of gap between learners' need and existing teaching materials will be the reference resource for editing textbooks in future.
