平版印刷製程運用ISO 12647-2品質特性研究

A Study of ISO 12647-2 Quality Characteristics in Lithography Processing

摘要


由於國內目前對數位打樣採用ISO 12647-2的參考標準,本研究將針對ISO 12647-2 profile內容,利用ECI 2002的彩色導表做數位噴墨列印後,進而比較ISO 12647-2的資訊是否真能滿足目前臺灣數位打樣的需求。藉由實驗比對,列印品質上的差異已越來越小。對此,只要有良好的色彩管理工具,都可以建立一套滿足客戶需求的數位打樣環境。實驗上印刷結果所量測的數據概有:平均dE值爲1.98,共計有99%的色差小於6,由使用材料探討,油墨的純度及色相表現所導致的影響較紙張來的大。採用ISO 12647-2的印刷標準並未增加太多廠內正常之作業程序,因此在導入ISO 12647-2的印刷標準後,仍能維持一貫的印製品質。製程上需控管的部分極多,對此,當生產單位要採用ISO 12647-2的標準作爲品質依據,內部除了要有良好的色彩管理工具及具備色彩理論的操作人員爲佳外,在生管及採購部分最好能建立一套滿足製程的材料資料庫,以滿足生產環境與客戶在印刷品質的要求。

Due to the lack of domestic and general reference standard for quality examination in digital proof, this study is aimed at the content of ISO 12647-2 profile, by using ECI 2002 color chart for digital printing then to compare with the information of ISO 12647-2, whether it meets the needs of digital proof in Taiwan. By using experimental contrast, there is less difference in printing quality. Therefore, with good color management tools, it's possible to make a set of digital proof environment that satisfies the clients. The data measured from printing results after the experiment: the average of dE value is 1.98, and there is 99% of chromatic aberration less than 6. Treating on using materials, ink purity and hue cause more effects than paper. Adopting the printing standard of ISO 12647-2 increases too many normal operating procedures in the plant by no means, so after lead-in of the printing standard of ISO 12647-2, it could still maintain the consistent print quality. There are lots of controlling parts required in workflow. When producing unit take standard of ISO 12647-2 as a basis of quality, not only good color management tools but also operators with color theory are required interiorly. Moreover, it's the best to establish a database that satisfies the workflow on producing management and purchasing to complete the producing environments and to achieve the requests from the customers.
