The purpose of this study applied confirmatory factor analysis to test hypothesis of various competing model's strategies in to order find the best model for the sports tourism attraction scale. In an attempt to have a further understanding of the sports tourism attraction, a valid sports-tourism-attraction measurement scale was proposed as the reference for holding relative activities in the future. The study used the attractiveness scale of sports tourism by Chang (2005). A total of 427 sport tourism from the 2005 New Balance Penghu International Marathon. According to the confirmatory factor analysis conducted by, the findings show that a first-order four-factor oblique model could be considered the best model for the 2005 New Balance Penghu International Marathon.
