本研究的主要目的在分析獲教育部評鑑為95年推展學校體育績優的七所高中職的體育經營特色,以內容分析與訪談作為研究方法,國立台灣師範大學體育研究與發展中心網站資料-「95年推展學校體育績優團體及個人」之介紹與各校體育組網站資料為研究內容,各校體育教師為訪談對象。在分析這些學校的體育經營之後發現,「獲得優異的運動競賽成績、辦理多元校內外體育活動、擁有堅強的教練團隊、積極為運動場地設施不足尋求出路、堅持全人教育並以升學為導向、尋求企業與後援團體的資源、落實「一人一運動、一校一團隊」政策、成立體育班培育運動人才」等是各校體育經營特色。最後作者提出「各校體育經營的行銷不足、運動訓練重於體育教學的經營績效觀、體育經營注重精英化趨勢、團隊組訓尚待改善的關鍵問題」等的歸納性評論,作為其他學校體育經營的參考方向。
The purpose of this study was to analyze the characteristics of physical education management in seven outstanding senior high schools which were rewarded for their promotion of physical education by Ministry of Education in 2006. The methods of this study were literature analysis and interview, and the subjects were website material and physical education teachers. After analyzing the physical education management in these schools, we find that the characteristics of physical education management were ”getting excellent achievements in sport competitions, holding multiple sport activities inside and outside school, possessing the strong training team, seeking the outlet for the sport field and facility positively, persisting the whole person education and taking entering a higher school as the guidance, seeking the enterprise and the backing association's resources, fulfilling 'one person doing one exercise, a school managing a team' policy and establishing sport class to cultivate talented people.” The author concluded the commentary, that was about ”the insufficient marketing in physical education management, emphasizing on training more than teaching, the tendency of physical education management to pay great attention to the outstanding persons, and the key problem in improving team teaches” as the references to manage physical education.
