農特產品發展競爭力之探討

A Study on the Competition of Agricultural Product Development

摘要


台灣農業面對自由化、國際化的時代衝擊,已成為農業施政的重點工作。尤其是台灣加入WTO以後,將面對更激烈之競爭,而且也需要尋求轉型。到底如何轉型?現有的優勢、劣勢、機會、威脅在哪裡?有必要一一診斷,分析問題之嚴重性,方能求得有效的因應之道。農業所面臨的競爭與工商業所面臨的競爭相似,都需經由環境之了解,進行SWOT分析,找出利基所在,同時對自己不利之體質也應該尋求突破之道。

The Taiwanese agricultural policy is more and more important while facing to the impact on the freedom of trade and Internationalization. The competition is getting stronger especially Taiwan join the World Trade Organization. What is the strength, weakness, opportunity, and threat of Taiwan? It is necessary to diagnose and analyze the serious problems for the best solution. As the same as business industry, the researcher will figure out the ”niche” for agriculture through environment analysis. In the meanwhile, Taiwanese agriculture needs to breakthrough the disadvantages.
