This research was to understand the Billiards Consumer of Satisfaction. Questionnaire survey was adopted as the research method and the questionnaires were collected randomly from the billiard participating consumers at Yun Chia Nan Area. A total of 516 valid questionnaires were collected. According to the research purposes and in order to test and verify the hypothesis, the descriptive statistics, item analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, independent sample t-test, One-way ANOVA were used to analyze the data. The outcomes were as follows. First, the billiards consumer at Yun Chia Nan Area were mainly male, single, concentrated in the age bracket of 17-19, with personal average monthly income in the salary bracket of under 3,000. The average was mostly between 19 and 28. Demographic variants, including gender, level of education, marital status, income were significantly different on the level of satisfaction.
