遊客期望與實際體驗關係之研究-以虎頭埤風景區為例

The Study of Tourist Exception and experience-a Case Study in Hu-Tou Pei Scenic Area

摘要


本研究旨在探討虎頭埤風景區遊客的行前期望、滿意度與重遊意願。研究結果顯示遊客體驗過後的滿意度不如預期;在迴歸分析顯示出,滿意度會正向影響重遊意願;從遊客基本資料顯示以年齡、教育程度及婚姻對重遊意願有顯著影響;重要表現程度分析法的結果發現,遊客認為此風景區的盥洗室清潔與維護、門票費用及指示牌標示是需改善的項目。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among tourists' expectation prior to departure, satisfaction and willing to revisit by questionnaires in Hu-Tou Pei Scenic Area. The experimental results indicate that the tourists were not satisfied as they expected. The satisfaction of tourist positively promoted tourists to revisit. The age, education background, and marital status of tourists affect their willing to revisit significantly. Improvements of toilet cleaning, admission fee and the setting of interpretation boards are required.
