THE CONTROL LYAPUNOV FUNCTIONS OF CHAOTIC MOTIONS IN PERMANENT MAGNET SYNCHRONOUS LINEAR MOTOR

This study investigated the permanent magnet synchronous linear motor (PMSLM) chaotic motion under the specific physical parameters, the stability and the security of motor-driven system which will be unavoidably influenced. Therefore, it is really necessary to investigate the methods of controlling or suppressing chaos in PMSLM. Firstly, we derived a chaotic model of PMSLM in the closed-loop system and given the definition of the existing conditions of control Lyapunov function (CLF). Then, based on the CLF, a feedback control law of synchronizing PMSLM chaotic system, subjected to the synchronization, not depending on the parameter was proposed. Guarantee of stability of the closed-loop system with the proposed control law was proved. Finally, Simulation results show that the presented control scheme is more effective than the conventional finite- time synchronization in robustness and rapid response capability.
