從師生雙向觀點談師生關係之改進

摘要


最近有關校園暴力事件頻傳,師生關係的重要性又再度被提及過去有關教師效能的研究,可能不足以貼近說明老師與學生對師生關係的實際運作狀況。本研究從影響師生關係的四個構面出發,包括教學方式、教師的期望、教師的權力類型及教師的態度四方面來討論,兼採教師與學生的雙向觀點,以深度晤談法訪問包括專科學校的部主任科主任及專兼任教師共6位,而以焦點團體訪談法辦了三場座談會,共訪談13位學生,以內容分析法將上述資料作一整理,並檢證資料教師與學生的觀念上是否有差異,結果發現在「教師的期待」方面,教師與學生的看法有相當明顯的差異,其他方面,大都有相似的觀點,並一此研究結果提出學術與實務方面的建議。

Recently, there are many school violent events happening. The importance of teacher-pupil relationship is mentioned again. In past, the researches of teacher effectiveness may be not an appropriate way to describe the dynamic of teacher-pupil relationship. This study chooses four dimensions that influence teacher-pupil relationship, including teaching style, teacher expectation, teacher power style and teacher attitude and adopts teacher-pupil two way opinions. Six teachers and thirteen students were selected. In-depth interview, focus group interview and content analysis were used for collecting and analyzing datum. The results presents significant difference between teacher and pupil opinions in teacher expectation. This study also gave some suggestions for the academic and the practice.
