運用反省策略促進職前幼兒教師輔導知能專業成長之研究

Research on Deploying Reflective Teaching as a Strategy to Push Guidance Knowledge Professional Growth for Prevocational Teacher of Children

摘要


本研究以二專幼保科正在「校外實習」階段的三位學生為研究對象,實施反省策略,期能探知對其輔導專業知能專業成長的效果。研究實施以質化研究為主軸,採用了幾種反省策略來協助職前教師輔導知能的專業成長,包括先了解研究對象的先備經驗、每日填記反省日誌、研究者的課室觀察、個別訪談、小組會談、教學錄音省思及總及總結性知覺問卷的填寫等。研究期間為87年5月8日至6月5日共四週。結果發現不同的反省策略有不同的效果;對輔導知能的覺知上,職前教師雖然缺乏經驗,仍能透過反省察覺問題,努力思考可能原因,進而努力想辦法解決問題。但需要透過研究者的催化,才會去思考幼兒反應與所使用輔導策略的關係;在輔導知能的效果實施上,發現經過四週持續地敘寫反省日誌、接受教學觀察、教學錄音、訪談討論,研究對象幾乎能養成了省思的習慣,也由於常自省檢討,心境上變得比較能心平氣和地面對幼兒的爭執。本研究期能提供大專院校幼保、幼教相關科系實施校外教學實習課程參考。

This research regards three students from Junior College of Department of early childhood fosterage and education. By deploying reflective teaching as a strategy to understand the effect on the growth of professional guidance knowledge in them. Empha-sizing the qualitative method which include some reflective strategy to assist prevocational teacher's guidance knowledge professional growth. The reflective teaching strategy compose the following method such as: understanding the experience of object of study; keeping reflective diary; classroom's observation; individual interview; small group discussion; self-examination by teach-recording; fill in conclusive-perception questionnaire etc. The research time last four weeks from May eighth to June fifth 1998. The research find out that by using different reflective strategy and outcomes are totally different. The perception of guidance knowledge, although the prevocational teacher of children short in the experience, through observe on what happen in classroom and consider the reason why, they can work out the problem through the research's catalysis. The object of study may fry to find out the relationship between the child reaction and guidance strategy. To the fulfillment effect of the gui-dance knowledge, find out that through keeping introspection diary, reception of observation by researcher, teach-recording interview and discussion, Owing to self examine themselves frequently, they can face the dispute between the children peacefully. The research also hope that it can provide the information to the students of department of child fosterage in college when they practice the off-school training.
