摘要


本文設計目的在於探討製冷設備的冷卻系統節能。設計的方法是依據冷凝器出入口的冷卻水溫,採用模糊理論,以可程式控制器(PLC)驅動變頻器改變冷卻水泵及冷卻水塔轉速,使冷卻系統能根據製冷設備實際冷凍負載運轉的狀態,來調整冷卻系統的散熱容量,以改善傳統冷卻系統中冷卻水泵及冷卻水塔定速問題以達到省能的效果。

This text design purpose lies in the study to make the cooling system economy energy of the cold equipment. The method of the design adopts the Fuzzy theories according to the cooling water temperature of the congealed machine exit and entrance, with can the program logic controller (PLC) drive to inverter frequency changes cooling water to pump and cool off the water tower to turn soon, make cooling system ability according to make the appearance of the actual refrigeration in cold equipment load operation, adjust the cooling system to spread the hot capacity, to improve to cool off in the traditional cooling system. The water pump and cooling water towers settle soon the problem to reach province ability of result.
