行為意圖、激勵、壓力對數位科技應用行為的影響

A Study of the Impact of Behavioral Intention, Motivation, and Stress to the Behavioral Application of Digital Technology

摘要


本研究以科技接受模式及社會認知論為基礎,探討大學生的數位科技應用態度、認知、環境對行為意圖及應用行為之影響,同時,探討壓力、激勵因子對數位科技應用行為模式之干擾。本研究採問卷調查法,以自編的「數位科技應用量表」為研究工具,以高雄縣市及屏東縣三縣市之大學生為對象,採分層隨機抽樣,共獲得有效問卷409份,所得資料進行結構方程模式(SEM)分析,獲得下列結果:一、本研究建構之科技應用行為模式整體適配指標良好,且具有良好之解釋力,而模式中認知、態度、環境、行為意圖、行為各潛在變項路徑皆存在顯著正相關,行為主要受到行為意圖所影響,而行為意圖受環境影響最大,其次為認知及態度。二、本研究經由高激勵與低激勵或高壓力與低壓力之多群組模式分析,發現雖然各群組中,行為意圖對科技應用行為皆有顯著影響,然而高、低激勵兩群組或高、低壓力兩群組模式,並無差異,亦即激勵與壓力干擾作用並不顯著。

This research employs the technology acceptance model and social cognitive theory to explore the impact of college students' attitude, cognition, and environment of technology application on behavioral intention and application, as well as to investigate the interference of stress and motivation to the digital technology application model. Questionnaire survey approach was adopted to develop the ”Digital technology application behavioral questionnaire.” The research subjects were college students from Kaohsiung city, Kaohsiung county, and Pingtung county. The stratified random sampling was administered for collecting 409 valid questionnaire responses. Structural equation modeling (SEM) with AMOS 17 was used to analyze the collected data. The findings of the study are (1) the model's goodness fitting is fine with good explanation power. Additionally, the paths of cognition, attitude, environment, behavioral intention, and all behavioral latent valuables are positively correlated. That is, college students' behavioral application of digital technology was primarily influenced by their behavioral intention; and the behavioral intention was influenced by the environment most, secondly by cognition and attitude, and (2) the results of the multiple-group analysis show that behavioral intention had significant impact on the behavior application of digital technology among all groups. But there is no significant difference between the models of the high motivation and low motivation groups or high stress and low stress groups, indicating the interference of motivation and of stress are not significant.
