高職教師知覺校長溝通行為與高職優質化執行成效之研究

The Reach of Teachers' Perceptions on Principle's Communication Behavior of Vocational High Schools' Excellent Actualization Program in Taiwan

摘要


本研究主要探討實施高職優質化學校教師知覺「校長溝通行為」和「優質化執行成效」之關聯。研究方法採問卷調查法,以自行發展問卷為研究工具。研究對象為118所實施高職優質化學校教師。以分層隨機抽樣其中30校,每校40名,寄出1200份,回收有效問卷816份,有效回收率79.38%。統計方法主要以獨立樣本t考驗與單因子變異數分析(one-way ANOVA)進行差異性分析及典型相關分析。研究結論如下,並提出建議。一、高職校長在「校長溝通行為」及「優質化執行成效」整體情形良好。二、高職校長在本校年資越久,教師所知覺之「校長溝通行為」及「優質化執行成效」越佳。三、資深、兼任行政及私立學校教師對「校長溝通行為」及「優質化執行成效」知覺較佳。四、男性教師對「優質化執行成效」之知覺高於女性教師。五、規模較大學校教師對「校長溝通行為」及「優質化執行成效」知覺較佳。六、中部地區學校教師對「校長溝通行為」及「優質化執行成效」知覺較低。七、家商類與工商類高職教師對「校長溝通行為」及「優質化執行成效」知覺較高。八、「校長溝通行為」及「優質化執行成效」彼此為正相關。「校長溝通行為」對「優質化執行成效」具有預測力。

The study focused on exploring the teacher's perceptions on principles' communication behaviors of Vocational High schools' Excellent Actualization Program in Taiwan. The research instrument "The questionnaire of Effect on School Excellent Actualization Program by Communication of Vocational High Schools" was executed. There were 30 high school teachers from 118 vocational high schools were participated in the investigation while the School Excellent Actualization Program was proceeding. In particular, 40 teachers per school were selected from the targeted group and received the questionnaires. The conclusions are as follow: 1. Most of the vocational high school principals show good performance in communication behavior and high score in School Excellent Actualization Program. 2. The more working experience a principal has in the same school, the better his communication behavior is, the same in School Excellent Actualization Program. 3. The more working experience a teacher has, the better his or her awareness and support to the principal's communication behavior. 4. If a teacher is assigned with administrative occupation, he or she can aware better of the effectiveness caused by communication behaviors and School Excellent Actualization Program. 5. Male teachers are aware of School Excellent Actualization Program than female ones. 6. When comparing with public schools, private schools are better aware of the effect caused by the principal's knowledge leadership, communication behaviors and School Excellent Actualization Program. 7. The teachers in larger size school show better awareness of principals' communication behaviors and school excellent actualization program 8. Teachers in the central part of Taiwan are worse aware of the effect caused by the principal's knowledge leadership, communication behaviors and School Excellent Actualization Program. 9. Commerce-industry vocational high school and commerce-home economics vocational high schools are better aware of the effect caused by the principal's knowledge leadership, communication behaviors and School Excellent Actualization Program. 10. "Principal's Communication Behavior" and "Effect of Vocational High School's Excellent Actualization Program" is positively correlate with each other. Recommendations and suggestions for people involved in the educational sector were provided based on the research finding and conclusion.
