陳寅恪及其史學述評

陳寅恪留學歐美期間，致力學習語文，除能熟練使用二十多種語言文字外，還接受了十九世紀末、二十世紀初歐洲進步的史學思想。陳寅恪將此一進步的史學思想融入我國優良的史學傳統中，造就了他個人獨特的史學思想及史學方法。此外，他對魏晉南北期史及隋唐史的論著，不僅有卓越的史識，更在整個民族文化的基礎上，還原歷史真相，追求各觀真理，每能以小見大，發前人所未發。本文之作，即從陳寅恪的治學、史學思想、史學方法三那分論述，以透顯一代宗師的史學成就。

This article illustrated Chen's points of view in three areas-his academic studies, his thinking on historiography and his manners in interpreting history-to uncover the achievement that CHEN, Yin-Que, scholar of no equal of his time, had accomplished in the field of historiography.
