摘要

本研究以台北縣立正德國民中學，全體學生為研究對象。目的在了解同學，對於校長及各處室行政人員服務品質的滿意度，以做為各處室將來為同學服務之參考改進的依據。研究結果顯示正德國民中學學生對校長領導層面、教務處業務層面、學務處業務層面、輔導處業務層面、總務處業務層面及學生自我表現層面皆傾向於高滿意度。

We conduct a study of service quality of school administration of Jenq Der junior high school in Taipei County. The purpose is to find out the level of satisfaction of students on the services received from the principal, the administrative personnel of each different branch of the school, while accepting education in the elegant campuses, and to establish a basis for providing perfect services to the students. From our results, we can find the high level of satisfaction over leadership of school master, the instruction services, the disciplinary services, the guidance services and general affair services.
