親貧困增長模型與反貧困效果研究

摘要

親貧困增長主要是指能夠使貧困群體參與經濟活動並從中得到更多好處的經濟增長。在討論經濟增長、不平等與貧困規模變動相關關係的基礎上，本文構建了一種新的基於收入分佈的親貧困測度與分解模型，並通過中國農村住戶調查資料的實證分析，得到中國經濟的高速增長並不必然導致自動緩解貧困，需要進一步採取瞄準式扶貧措施來解決的結論。

This paper constructed a new income density-function measurement and decomposition of pro-poor growth on the basis of the relationships among the economic growth, inequality and poverty. After the empirical analysis in China's rural household through that way, this paper focused on an important conclusion that the China's poverty could not be decreased automatically by high-speed economy development, and some 'focus on poor' strategies can be performed.
