森林景觀偏好與認知因子關係之研究

Evaluation of Cognitive Attributes and Preferences in Forest Scenery

摘要


本研究主旨在瞭解民眾對森林的景觀偏好、認知因子(含形式及象徵美學)或受及其間之關係。研究地點為臺灣林業試驗所六龜永續經營試驗林區,從20個樣區60張照片中,挑取出包括臺灣杉人工林及闊葉林各9張照片,做為景觀偏好及認知因子調查使用。取樣對象為墾丁森林遊樂區之遊客,以問卷法進行調查,有效樣本數為307份。施測方法為將選取之照月呈現給受測者,由受測者對照月加以評估。使用RMRATE及SPSS軟體進行統計,RMRATE用於轉換受測者景觀偏好為景觀美質(SBEs),然後所有資料進行信度分析、差異分析與迴歸分析。研究結果顯示:1.受測者較偏好臺灣杉人工林景觀;2.受測者對兩種森林類型中之認知因子因素威受有顯著差異,臺灣杉人工林之認知因子平均數皆高於間葉林;3.由認知因子與景觀美質迴歸分析中得知,認知因子之層次性與光線明暗偏好對於兩種森林類型景觀美質皆有顯著正影響;不同的是,在人工林部份,自然性對於景觀美質有顯著正影響;而闊葉林部分則是統一性對景觀美質有顯著正影響。

This study adopted the cognition model and Scenic Beauty Estimation (SBE) of psychophysical model as the research basis to understand the relationship of scenic preference and cognitive attributes of a forest toward sustainable approach. Total 18 photos, 9 photos for Taiwania plantation and 9 photos for broadleaf forest type, were selected as investigated samples from 60 photos taking from the study sites which were located at both Taiwania plantation and broadleaf forest in Liu-Kuei Experimental Station. The respondents of this study were chosen from the tourists who visited the visitor center of Kenting national forest recreation area. Total 307 valid samples were obtained. The respondents were investigated to proceed the scenic preference assessment and evaluation of cognitive factors (including formal and symbolic esthetic attributes) by using photo images. Software including RMRATE and SPSS were utilized in the statistical processing. The scenic preferences were transferred to scenic beauty estimates (SBEs) by using RMRATE. Subsequently, all quantitative data was analyzed by using SPSS software to processing confidence analysis, descriptive statistics, compared t test and regression technique. The results were as followings: 1. It was shown that respondents preferred the scenery of Taiwania plantation compared to that of broad leaf forest; 2. It was shown that there was a significant difference in all cognitive attributes of both forest types; 3. Both ”graduation” and ”preference of light intensity” of cognitive attributes had positive effects on scenic preferences and provide valid prediction in both investigated forest types. Furthermore, ”naturalness” did show positive effect on the scenic preferences of Taiwania plantation, but ”unity” had positive effect on the scenic preferences of broad leaf forest.
