An Application of Data Envelopment Analysis Method in Robust Design for Multiple Dynamic Quality Characteristics

資料包絡法在多重動態品質特性之穩健設計中的應用

摘要


本文延申Tong et al.(2008)的方法並結合CCR模型假設之資料包絡法與逐步迴歸法的觀念,利用變異係數的反函數來建構穩健設計程序,尋找動態系統中之最佳因子設計水準組合。此法有別於傳統的田口方法,可在品質特徵的輸出水準及訊號因子間的關係為非線性時使用。本文也提出一個演算法來搜尋最佳因子設計水準組合,並使用一個實例來說明所建議的方法的應用。

Based on the proposed method of Tong et al. (2008), this paper provides a robust design procedure to identify optimal factor levels of multiple quality responses for dynamic systems. The reciprocal coefficient of variation is used to compute the relative efficiency of decision making unit via the constant return to scale data envelopment analysis model. The proposed method releases the limitations of Taguchi method and allows a nonlinear function to model the relationship between the multiple quality responses and signal factors to reach a robust design. The application of the proposed methodology is illustrated through a real example.
