以路徑分析結合決策樹區別影響新移民子女與一般學生 數學科學習意圖之關鍵因素

Using Path Analysis and Decision Tree to Discriminate the Main Factors of Learning Intention in Mathematics for the New Immigrants' Children and the Other Students

摘要


本研究目的在比較與分析影響新移民子女與一般學生在學習數學科學習意圖之關鍵因素,並藉由路徑分析結合決策樹建立與預測學生學習意圖高低之模式,並成為未來新移民子女補救教學與學習輔導的評估準則。根據研究結果,比較一般學生與新移民子女的差異中顯示,一般學生與新移民子女的確被不同的因素影響其數學學習意圖。相較於一般學生,新移民子女在學習數學時,則多受到「認知方面」以及「情意感受」的影響,即若能輔助讓新移民子女瞭解且認知到學習數學對於個人未來發展是有幫助的,可以協助改善未來家庭環境;以及若能給予新移民子女愉快的學習環境及創新的教學方法,會提高其學習興趣,因此都可以增加新移民子女對於學習數學的行為意圖。

The aim of this study is to compare the learning intention in Mathematics of the new immigrants' children with that of the other students. This study also uses path analysis and decision tree to classify the learning intention in Mathematics in order to perform remedial teaching. According to the results, this study not only search the main factors of learning intention in Mathematics but also understand the classification of learning intention in Mathematics. Comparing the difference between the new immigrants' children and the other students, the additional factors of the new immigrants' children for studying Mathematics are "learning perceptions" and "feelings of affection". Accordingly, before assisting the new immigrants' children to study Mathematics, teacher must let the new immigrants' children to know the advantages for future life and give a happy learning environment and an innovative teaching method. That will enhance the learning intention in Mathematics.
