摘要

最終地位問題已逐漸被提上巴以和談的議事日程，巴勒斯坦和以色列在領土問題、定居點問題、耶路撒冷問題、難民問題等方面的立場分歧使雙方很難達成共識，而這些問題不斷複雜的現狀進一步增大了解決的難度，最終地位問題談判將會異常棘手。雙方唯有消除仇恨產生的土壤、實現內心的和解，才能解決最終地位問題、實現巴以之問的和平。

Final status issues have been gradually put on the agenda of Palestinian-Israeli peace talk. However, different positions of Palestine and Israel on the issues of territory, Jewish settlements, Jerusalem, refugees and etc. make it difficult to reach a consensus for the both sides. The increasingly complicated status quo of these problems increases the difficulty of resolving them further more, and final status negotiations will be very difficult. The only way to resolve final status issues and achieve Palestinian-Israeli peace is to eliminate environment of resentment and achieve inner reconciliation.
