摘要

帶下病的發生，可簡單分爲「內因」及「外因」兩種。而帶下病的主因多是「濕邪」爲患。在西醫則包括多種生殖系統炎症。「帶下病」大致可分成「虛證」和「實證」兩種。臨床上大多是「虛實夾雜」者居多，也就是「脾腎虛弱」與「溼熱之邪」兩者均有之。

The causes of vaginal discharge can be divided into two general categories, internal causes and external causes, with damp evil being the primary factor. In the western medical system it includes inflammation of various organs of the reproductive system. Vaginal discharge can also be divided according to pattern, generally into vacuity patterns and repletion patterns. Clinically most situations manifest as vacuity repletion complexes, with spleen and kidney vacuity weakness and damp heat evil being the two primary patterns.
