摘要

社會變遷與生物科技的進步，人們的價值觀隨之改變，過去認爲理所當然的事不再被視爲當然，會隨著時間、文化、風俗習慣等變異而有所改變，傳統的醫病關係及醫療倫理判斷亦隨之發生改變，因此「倫理」此議題則廣受討論。本文嘗試從加護照護實務與家屬需求出發，提出加護照護實務中常見的倫理議題，包括倫理問題與倫理兩難、簽署不施行心肺復甦術(DNR)等情境，最後嘗試提出護理人員可能性的思考，以作出有品質的倫理決策，讓加護單位的工作品質能回應負責信任的要求。

With the changing of the society and the progress of Biotechnology, people's values were changing. People no longer took the matters of course in the past for granted. Those matters were changing with the differences of time, culture, customs and habits. The traditional relation of treatment and illness and the judgments of medical treatment ethics were changing, too. Therefore, the issue about ethics was discussed widely. This text brought intensive care performance and the need of patients' family into considerations and address some often seen ethics issues from intensive care performance including ethical problems, the dilemma of ethics, signing the document which was about not to implement DNR and so on. The text finally addressed the possible thoughts of nurses in order to make the good ethical decisions, and let the work quality of intensive care unit to achieve the request of responsibility and trust.
