健康照護團隊(HCT)是批判生物醫學理念的醫療服務提供模式,也是回應社會變遷的產物。安寧緩和療護團隊是典型的HCT,它和社會的關係也具備HCT的特性。HCT是一個跨科際整合團隊(IT),來自不同專業訓練背景的成員,在團隊運作的過程裡發揮所長,貢獻其他成員無法取代的專業服務,然而團隊工作的目標以及奉行的理念不一定與成員原先遵行的專業倫理吻合;專業團隊成員之間如何達成合作共識,建立專業合作關係,又能持平地維護各成員的專業自主,再者,專業成員和非專業成員之間的團隊關係如何維持,是本研究透過文獻分析的比較方法進行討論的主題。並且,進一步作爲探究安寧緩和療護團隊的理念與關係的參照。
Health care team (HCT) is not only the critique on the provision model of medical service based on the ideas of biomedicine, but also the production in response to social change. As a type of HCT, hospice and palliative care Team has the same relationship with its social surroundings as HCT. HCT is the interdisciplinary team (IT), which integrates its members from different professions. The Service provisions of each group of professional members can't substitute for the others. So far as some medical organization researches investigated, the goals and ideations of team work response not always to the professional ethics convinced by individually professional team members. How can the team members maintain their co-operational consensus and professional autonomy at the process of co-operation? With which mechanizes do professional members communicate with non-professional members, ex. volunteers? These two questions will be analyzed with the comparison of medical and sociological literatures, in order to provide some research references to the team-ideation and teamwork of hospice and palliative care Team.
