大腸直腸癌住院病患接受化學治療的健康問題初探
Health Problems on Colorectal Cancer Inpatients Receiving Chemotherapy: A Preliminary Study
摘要
本研究目的在於瞭解住院大腸直腸癌病患接受化學治療的健康問題，以橫斷式研究設計(cross-sectional study)，採方便取樣，以結構式問卷針對南部地區某區域教學醫院之大腸直腸癌住院病患進行資料收集，共36位。問卷內容包括營養評估、症狀困擾量表、預防感染評估、巴氏量表。研究結果發現本群體的健康問題爲輕度營養不良比率偏高、口腔照護不足、情緒改變比率偏高、欠缺預防感染的防治觀念、日常生活功能的影響比率過高。研究結果可提供護理人員照顧大腸直腸癌化療病患時，能夠更瞭解化療病患的健康問題和照顧需求，提供具體之照護措施，以增進病人之生活品質。

The objective of this study is to investigate the impact factors on the health of inpatients with colorectal cancer after receiving chemotherapy. The cross-sectional study was conducted with convenience sampling and the interview strategy of the survey was used in thirty-six patients. The instruments included Nutritional Assessment, Symptom Distress Scale, Prevent Infection Assessment and Barthel Index. The study found that the impact factors on the health of the colorectal cancer patients after chemotherapy include a higher percentage of the malnutrition, insufficiency of oral hygiene maintenance, lack of knowledge of the infection prevention, a higher frequency of emotional instability, and poor daily activity. The result of this study provides information about the impact factors and the demand of healthcare for the colorectal cancer patients after chemotherapy. Hopefully, this will inspire the patients with colorectal cancer who receive chemotherapy to develop the motivation of caring for themselves and increase their quality of life.
