摘要

母親罹癌後，因心理、體力與時間的多重限制，對於病況的告知、親子間的互動、孩童生活起居的照顧，都顯得力有未逮、身心俱彼；長久下來，對於親子雙方都會造成莫大的挑戰與壓力、產生嚴重的影響。研究目的：在台灣研究中，有關罹癌母親親子互動之經驗歷程相關的研究闕如。指在探討罹癌母親親子互動之經驗歷程。材料與方法：採現象學研究法，以立意取樣，共10位罹癌母親已告知家中學齡期兒童本身罹癌。結果：罹癌母親親子互動之經驗歷程，共包含五個主題：「初得知罹癌的反應」；「罹癌告知的兩難」；「因應住院的分離」；「面對治療後的改變」；與「擔心死亡／接受親子關係結束」。結論：罹癌母親親子互動之經驗歷程，可供臨床護理人員及學校老師進一步了解母親罹癌後的感受，陪伴及協助調適親子互動改變之歷程。

When the mother has diagnosed with cancer, might have psychological impact and coping difficulties However, only a few studies worked on this field. Purpose: To understand the response and coping behavior of the children's interaction change with his/her mothers who have cancer. Material and Method: A phenomenological approach was adopted for this study. After purposive sampling, total ten mothers have diagnosed with cancer participated in this study. All of them have known the circumstances of their mothers suffering from cancer. Results: After data analysis, four major themes emerged, including the coping with the separation from hospitalized; facing the children's interaction change after treatment; changing lifestyle; worrying about dies/ accepting children's interaction ending the fact. The practical experience of children's interaction change with his/her mothers who have cancer. Conclusion: For clinical nurses and school teachers to further understand the feelings of mothers have diagnosed with cancer, to accompany and assist children's interaction change process.
