臨床心理師在安寧療護的繼續教育訓練

心理社會照護是安寧療護中重要的一環。臨床心理師能夠成為醫療團隊的一份子，並在既有的臨床心理學訓練上對末期病人與家屬提供適切的心理照顧。除了就學期間的臨床心理訓練外，生命末期專業心理照護能力仍須相關的在職教育訓練來培養與持續提升。本文對於臨床心理師在安寧療護中的角色與功能、常遭遇的困難、所需能力、教育訓練課程以及訓練方法進行探討。並提出基礎與進階的課程內容以做為未來的教育訓練參考。

Psychosocial care is an important component of hospice palliative care. Clinical psychologists can be one of members in medical care team and provide appropriate care for terminal patients and families based on the training of clinical psychology. However, clinical psychologists need relevant on-the-job training. This article addressed the issues about the functions of clinical psychologists in hospice palliative care, barriers in working, essential abilities, educational training program, and training methods. The contents of educational training were also provided for future training.
