生死學討論會對準諮商員生命態度影響研究

Death-and-life Seminar and Its Impact on para-counselors' Attitude toward Life

摘要


本文乃就大學部的「輔導員自我察覺與專業成長」課程中的「生死學大會」討論心得作為研究分析素材,瞭解討論生死議題之後,學生對於生命與生命態度的看法。參與的是屏東師院大二與大四心輔組學生共二十八位,資料經過學生簽字同意之後採用,僅就繳交之內容資料做編碼、分類,並與協同研究人員做信度檢測。研究發現參與同學對於死亡的懼怕主要來自未知、不捨、擔心沒有好好活過的遺憾;對於生死學大會的最大收穫是「掌握當下、珍惜、努力」;而在生活實踐上,有同學已經時時檢視自己的生活、也在至親的家人身上做努力。死亡給予生命的積極意義在於:死亡是唯一的公平,因為有死、生命才可貴、不容拖沓浪費!

This study was an attempt to understand what students learned after the ”death-and-life seminar”. The researcher would like to know participant's view on life, their attitude toward death, and effort they would like to put into daily life. Data analysis was based on written assignments. The result showed that: fear of death resulted from unknown, regretfulness, and never-live-fully. The most valuable gain they got was: to seize the day, to cherish, and to take active status working on what they intend to. On the daily practice, some students expressed their effort pouring into life reflection and taking care of family members. Death did give a positive meaning to life, and it is the very and only fair thing in the world.
