摘要

以自殺結束自己的生命，已經成為現代人常見的一種死亡因素，但目前公告自殺死亡人數也僅限於自殺成功的人，並末包含檯面下許多自殺企圖者與自殺意念者。從文獻與研究資料來看，自殺意念的發展與自殺企圖及個人的死亡概念有關，自殺企圖者對死亡有獨特的自我詮釋，採敢死亡的作為對自殺企圖者而言是極富意義。然而，自殺的作為卻不一定要有死亡的目的，自殺行為背後隱含了多元的死亡動機，將在以下的文章中逐一討論。最後提出幾點省思與建議，期能更貼近對自殺企圖者的服務。

People end their lives by suiciding; suicide has been among the top ten causes of for seven consecutive years. However, the death statistics showed now only limited to the number of people who have committed suicide. This number did not include people who have suicide attempt and suicide ideas. Based on the literature and research data, the development of suicidal ideas and suicide attempt were related to personal death ideas. Suicidal attempt people have unique self interpretation on death. There is a special meaning to suicidal attempts that did death behavior, but who did suicidal behavior may not have a death purpose. There are multiple motivations behind suicide behavior. Finally, a few suggestions and recommendations were provided.
