從傳統文化的視角談中醫

Chinese Medicine, from Traditional Chinese Culture Point of View

摘要


《內經》以「精氣學說」的理論為基礎,與醫療實踐及有關各方面(諸如天文、地理、氣象學)知識相結合,形成了具有醫學特色的氣學理論。筆者嘗試從佛、道、儒三家對於氣與人體、氣與生命關係的論述中,如何成為古代氣學理論對醫學滲透的先導作為探討;結論出:中醫學:以氣眾則生,氣散則亡;道家謂:有氣則生、無氣則死,生者以其氣,又說:通天下一氣耳;佛家:以因緣合則生,散則滅,世界是因緣的聚合。氣是各種不同的運動方式,氣的聚合也是因緣的聚合、佛、道與醫學通於一氣。氣是具有中國民族特色的思想範疇,它通貫中國哲學的始終,構成了中國古代哲學的一種鮮明特點。它自身無形質,而貫通於一切事物之中,這種特質也正是中國文化的特質。

On the basis of spirit theory & combined together with knowledge of different fields (such as astronomy, geography & meteorology),”Huang-Di-Nei-Jing” has formed a ”Qi theory” with medical character. From the result that Buddhism, Taoism & Confucianism stated the relationship among Qi & human body & life, this paper is going to discuss how Qi theory has become pioneer of ancient Chinese medical development. It's concluded that Qi is the movement by all means, & world is the gathering of Qi-with Qi, it lives; without Qi, it dies. Also Qi is invisible, but it has spread out in all kinds of things, this specialty is exactly the character of Chinese philosophy & our national thoughts.
