中醫在治療情志疾病的臨床經驗

精神疾病是一類以認知、情感、意志、行為異常為特點的常見複雜性疾病，本文將在情志方面及身體方面探討煩躁、驚恐、抑鬱、譫語、呆滯、恍惚、妄行妄動、焦慮、失眠、多夢、胸脅不適、心悸、眩暈、氣短、筋惕肉瞤、寒熱感異常、月經紊亂等症狀，並加以分證辨型。情志精神疾病的證侯類型分析為一、肝氣鬱結、心神不寧，二、心腎兩虛、氣滯血瘀，三、心脾兩虛、濕濁中阻，四、肝鬱脾虛、心神不寧。本案例選取來源包括省級腦科專科醫院住院病人及教學醫院門診部患者。就情志精神疾病分證辨型、給藥環境、用藥順服性等等來探討比較中醫中藥對於精神疾病的療效。

Psycho-mental disease is a complex disorder featured by abnormal recognition, emotion, awareness and behavior. These abnormalities including annoyance, panic, depression, delirium, dementia dimly, restlessness, anxiety ,insomnia, dream fullness, chest-costal discomfort, palpitation, dizziness, short of breath, tendon and muscle twitching, thermal sensation abnormally and menstrual irregularity. We'll investigate these abnormalities in mental and physical aspects and classify those symptoms as follows: 1) liver Qi jammed, feeling restless. 2) heart-kidney deficiency. Qi jammed and blood stasis. 3) heart-spleen deficiency, dampness and blocked. 4) liver jammed and spleen deficiency, feeling restless. From psycho-mental patients of Provincial brain hospital and OPD of Nanjing university of TCM, we classify them as above symptoms and evaluate the effect of treatment with traditional Chinese medicine through drug-giving environment and drug-using obedience.
