本論文是藉由Moldex3D模流分析軟體,於射出成型的過程,探討多模穴幾何平衡流道與幾何不平衡流道的設計,對產品真圓度的影響。研究中,採用均勻厚度的針筒,由於針筒爲狹長形同心圓產品,在局部收縮不均的翹曲情況,對真圓度造成影響。本研究先利用Moldex3D對幾何不平衡流道設計做分析,找出良好的加工參數,再以相同的加工參數,對兩組配置方式不同的幾何平衡流道設計分析。比較三種的翹曲變形及對產品真圓度的影響。 結果發現,幾何流道平衡的設計較幾何不平衡的流道設計,收縮、翹曲均小,且真圓度較佳。而同爲幾何平衡的流道設計,流道配置均勻有較好的均衡流動的設計,也有真圓度較佳的結果。
In the present paper, the computational software of Moldex3D was employed to analyze and compare the effect of geometrically imbalanced and balanced runners on the shape of roundness of the product in multi-cavity during the injection process. This study proposed a geometrically imbalanced and two geometrically balanced runner systems of injector with uniform thickness and narrow concentric circles. The roundness of injector is mainly formed by the local unevenness of shrinkage and warpage with non-symmetrical temperature and shear rate. According to the analyses, the shrinkage, warpage and roundness on geometrically balance runners had better effects than those on geometrically imbalance runners. Further, for the case of geometry-balances runners with uniform allocation, could yield smaller warpage and better roundness.
