摘要

由於老人或殘障者要坐在椅子上因手無力而容易快速坐下造成危險，或要自椅子起來時需要他人的扶持才能在起來相當的不方便。本研究的主要目的在於設計一種具有輔助站立功能的座椅，能讓使用輪椅者在無旁人輔佐的情況下，自行操作並由坐姿轉爲站立、或由站立轉爲坐姿使用。並能在座椅升降傾斜的過程中，避免與使用者臀部產生剪力摩擦，防止因摩擦而產生疼痛或使皮膚產生破皮造成感染。且能供使用者以單手或雙手操作，而即使是以單手操作也能同步控制左右兩邊的輔助站立機構。其椅座無須與椅背同動，因此只需椅座升降傾斜就足以輔助雙腿無力或體弱的使用者站立或坐下，故結構設計方面較椅座與椅背同動式更爲簡易，成本也更能降低。本研究的優點除了能使坐墊升降傾斜外，也能簡化爲只有傾斜實施的方式，而且操作的方式可爲手動操作或電動控制。

It's very inconvenient or even dangerous for elderly and disabled person while standing up and seating down due to the weakness of their extremities. The purpose of this study is to design a assistive wheelchair with assistive standing device in order to help users standing up and seating down without assistance from others. Furthermore, we can prevent the infection or injury of user's skin caused by abrasion at their buttock while using the device to elevate, degrade and incline. Users could control both sides of the chair simultaneously by both hands or one hand only. The seat and back of the assistive wheelchair could be controlled separately, so that user with weak limbs could be assisted to stand up very easily. This design of structure with separately controlled seat and back is more user-friendly and cost effective. The advantage of our design is not only elevating, degrading and inclining the seat, but also simplifying the application by manual or automatic control.
