摘要


近年來由於環保意識的提倡,再生材料已在世界各國被廣泛應用。再生骨材的品質及特性主要受到來源和產製技術不同所影響,其粒形、比重、吸水率、含水量及表面砂漿附著量亦會影響到再生骨材混凝土的特性。 各先進國家對於再生骨材的研究已行之有年,以日本爲例,目前的技術已能生產出結構用高品質再生骨材;而機器的種類繁多,如何挑選適當的機器組合並生產出所需骨材品質是現今一大挑戰,本研究主要是探討日本再生骨材處理技術,並比較各國再生骨材混凝土的特性,期望能助於再生骨材在台灣的應用及發展。

Recently, Recycled materials have been widely used in the world because of the environmental consciousness. Recycled aggregates have different properties because of sources and manufacturing process. Aggregate quality is based on gradation, gravity, water absorption and water content. Especially cement mortar adhered amount on the aggregate surface has a significant impact. Recycled Aggregate Quality is based on Aggregate Absorption. The existing technology of Japan can produce high quality aggregate which similar to natural aggregate. The main purpose of the study is to investigate the newest technology of waste concrete in Japan, then assess the applicability in Taiwan.
