高強高性能混凝土礦物摻合料的研究

摘要


最近幾年,高性能混凝土的研究與應用已得到了廣泛開展,用於混凝土中的礦物摻合料也越來越受研究者的重視。在預製鐵路軌枕工程中,要求使用具有高早期強度的礦物細摻料,其中1d的活性指數達到125%。通過對比優質粉煤灰、礦粉、矽灰等物理性能及經濟性,利用比表面積爲600平方公尺/kg的礦粉與一定比例的矽灰進行複合,並摻少量的早強劑,其1d的活性指數可達到129%,28d活性指數可達到116%;採用該複合礦物摻合料配製的鐵路軌枕混凝土,其抗壓強度和耐久性均滿足設計要求。

In recent years, Applications of high-strength and high-performance mineral admixtures for use in concrete are becoming more and more popular. The researches focus mainly on the mineral admixtures in concrete. Mineral admixtures that increase the early age strength of concrete is necessary for the production of pre-cast railway sleepers. The 1d activity index of these mineral admixtures should be no less than 125%. Based on the physical properties and economical efficiency of the high-quality fly ash, ground granulated blast furnace slag, silica fume and so on, a composite mineral admixture is developed. The test results with the new admixture show that the composite admixture (with a specific area of 600 m^2/kg) together with some silica fume and some early strength agent can meet the requirements. The 1d activity index and 28d activity index of this composite admixture is 129% and 116%, respectively. By adding this composite mineral admixture to the mixture for railway concrete sleepers, the compressive strength and durability of the concrete meet the design requirements.
