隨著科技的進步,盜版雷射唱片的技術障礙逐漸降低,造成盜版雷射唱片的氾濫,其對於音樂產業的影響相當重大。本研究針對盜版雷射唱片的購買行為影響因素進行探討,討論包括自利、倫理、社會規範考量等變數對於消費者購買行為的影響。研究採取問卷調查方式進行,並佐以實驗設計的方式進行實證,獲得之資料以描述性統計、t檢定、集群分析、探索性因素分析、驗證性因素分析、線性結構關係等統計工具進行分析,分析結果發現,自利、倫理、社會規範等因素,都會影響消費者對於盜版雷射唱片的購買意願,研究中並發現受訪者間並未形成反對盜版的社會規範,如果要加強反制盜版,這將是相當洽當的加強重點。
Piracy is an obstacle for knowledge economy. Most of the studies in piracy conducted in the past focusing on software piracy. Few, if any, study kept sight on music Compact Disc (CD) piracy. Due to the advances in technology, few technique barrier for piracy lasted. This makes our society full of the piracy music CD and brings a serious impact on music recording industry. In this study, several influent factors, including self-interest, ethic, social norm concerns, of the purchase intention for piracy music CD is discussed. A questionnaire with measurement scales and experiment treatment was adopted for collecting data. Several statistics methods including descript statistics, t-test, cluster analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, linear structure relationship were used for analysis. According the results of empirical study, individuals' self-interest, ethic, and social norm considerations would influence their intention to purchase piracy music CD. It is also found that social norm about anti-piracy was not formed already. If we want to conduct a social movement of anti-piracy, social norm should be a great point of start.
