摘要

本專案係參考衛生署委託台灣醫院協會制定之「醫院安全作業指引／手術室安全作業守則」，制定本院手術室安全作業規範，期望以“病人安全”爲考量重點，運用專業知識及品管手法，加強手術室人員對病人安全的重視。專案實施後手術室人員對「安全藥物管理及給藥」執行完整率由20%提昇至94%；「多重辨識系統」執行完整率由12%提昇至91%；「手術擺位標凖化」由6%提昇至96%。經由本專案將手術室安全作業具體落實執行於醫院作業中，提升工作人員安全作業執行完整率，防範醫療疏失之發生，進而能持續推動『以病人爲中心』之理念，建立病人安全的醫療環境。
