摘要

本文乃筆者運用行爲修正技巧於一位年輕男性個案，罹患慢性精神分裂症十年於日間留院之護理經驗。護理期間爲92年12月11日至93年6月30日，以整體性護理評估爲指引，以主動、真誠的態度及建立信任、良好的治療性人際關係，運用觀察、電訪及會談方式收集資料，歸納個案主要健康問題爲：(1)思考過程變異；(2)不遵從（治療活動與服藥）；(3)自我照顧能力缺失；(4)社交互動障礙等。客觀且有系統的運用適切的正增強原則、處罰原則、工作人員一致性的態度及家屬的密切配合等，修正個案之負性症狀，使個案建立其良好的生活習性，重建自我機能。故護理人員經由此次護理過程，肯定行爲修正治療對精神分裂症個案有明顯成效，經由矯正個案不適當行爲，使其個人衛生及參與活動度增加，亦提昇個案的生活品質及減輕家屬的照護壓力。

The purpose of this article will describe how the author had used the technique of behavior modification on a young patient. This young patient has been stricken with the disease of schizophrenia about ten years. The nursing care was from 11/12/03 to 30/06/04, Using total nursing evaluation, we tried to build up a reliable therapeutic relationship between he and us.
In the mean time, I had collected any sophisticated information of the patient by various ways, such as to observe to his daily life, phone interview and conversation. Therefore, his nursing problems of thought process altered, noncompliance, self-care deficit, social interaction impaired will be established.
The problems of salvation will be offered a regulated life for the patient. On the way to reach the goal we shall precede objectively the systematic reinforcement principle to his behaviors and the effect of the punishment cannot be excluded. Moreover, this additional feedback can back up the reinforcement, if we can use it timely, to work with families closely is most important. By doing so, we will probably help him to modify his behavior affected with the negative symptoms, and come to his aid in rebuilding his normal life and ego function.
The consequence of stimulation shows that the behavior modification therapy does well effectively to the schizophrenia patient. They really learn something about their hygiene, and attends study programs to empower their knowledge through the correction of the inadequate behaviors. This tech applying also decreases the pressures of the families caring and improves the quality of patient's life.
