跨國婚姻婦女所生育子女之健康狀況及相關因素分析

摘要

目的
本研究目的在探討外籍、大陸配偶與本國男子（以下簡稱父母親）的人口社經特質對子女健康狀況之影響。
方法
採橫斷性研究，資料屬性爲次級資料，資料來源透過內政部戶政司提供之「九十二年外籍與大陸配偶生活狀況調查」資料庫。
結果
透過multinomial logit model分析，發現母親人口社經特質中，母親（原）國籍別、生產年齡與教育程度對子女健康狀況的影響未達顯著差異；而母親工作狀況與居住台灣地區時間對子女健康狀況具顯著性差異。關於父親人口社經特質方面，發現父親於子女出生時年齡、教育程度、社會救助與子女健康狀況沒有顯著影響，父親工作狀況與健康狀況對子女健康狀況影響有顯著性差異。
結論
本研究發現台灣跨國婚姻家庭，無論母親（原）國籍別是東南亞籍或是大陸籍，與子女健康狀況並沒有顯著性影響；反而是不健康的父親，其子女健康狀況較容易患有發展遲緩、身心障礙或重大傷病，可供衛生主管機關制定相關政策之參考依據。

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to investigate the association between the demographical and socioeconomic factors of foreign immigrant women, Chinese women, and Taiwanese men's and children's health.
Methods: This cross-sectional study employs secondary data. According to ”The Serve of life condition by foreign immigrant women and Chinese women” from the Ministry of the Interior.
Results: The children's health wasn't associated with mother's original nationality, age while giving a birth and education. The children's health was associated with mother's work and the time of living in Taiwan. The children's health was associated with father's work and health.
Conclusion: This study, children's health wasn't associated with mother's original nationality, but the unhealthy father (Taiwanese men), his children's health is relatively apt to suffer from the developmental delays, disabilities and critical illness.
