護理人員工作壓力、慢性頭痛狀況及憂鬱狀態之研究

摘要

目的
本研究的目的在了解護理人員的工作壓力、慢性頭痛情形及憂鬱狀態，並探究工作壓力、頭痛和憂鬱狀態之間的關連性。
方法
本研究對象共有護理人員150位，研究工具包括有頭痛問卷、憂鬱量表和工作壓力量表等。
結果
研究結果發現：（一）護理人員大多數感受工作壓力與工作負荷偏重，對心理健康、活力狀況與一般健康情形也呈現多半不滿意的情形，但是過半護理人員認為其工作控制程度屬較高程度，多數感覺工作人際關係和工作滿意度良好。（二）護理人員的工作壓力是預測其憂鬱狀態的有效變項。（三）護理人員罹患慢性頭痛與否和憂鬱狀態兩者之間有顯著關聯性存在。
結論
憂鬱症狀和工作壓力有關，頭痛可作為評估憂鬱狀態的重要參考指標。而有相當多的護理人員合併有憂鬱及頭痛的症狀，紓解工作壓力有助增進心理健康。

Purpose
The purpose of present study is to explore job stress, chronic headache, depressive symptoms of nursing staffs and examine the relationship between job stress, chronic headache, and depressive symptoms.
Methods
One hundred fifty nursing staffs were investigated for this study. Headache questionnaire, Taiwanese depression questionnaire and job stress questionnaire were used as research tools.
Results
The results were found as follows: (1) Nursing staffs had high level of work stress and working load. Most of nurses didn't satisfy to their physical and mental health. However, most of them had good relationships with colleagues and fine level of working satisfaction. (2) Job stress was an effective predictor for depressive symptoms in nursing staffs. (3) Chronic headache and depressive symptoms were related significantly in nurse group.
Conclusions
Depressive symptoms and job stress were related, and most workers who had depression symptoms also had headache problem. Chronic headache could be an important predictor of depressive symptoms in nursing staffs.
