跑步選手跑步時地面反作用力分析

摘要


跑步是一種簡單且廣受喜愛的健身連動。然而,一但膝蓋、踝關節受傷,或是存在其他有關腿部的毛病,則跑步就必須被迫停止。儘管跑步有益健康,而跑步時卻難免會因腳撞擊地面而產生傷害。本研究內容主要在於探討跑步選手跑步時地面反作用力之分析,並探討跑步之機轉與跑鞋之關係。結果發現,跑步時腳的垂直著地力Fzl受到體重與跑速之影響相當大。因此,跑步選手(尤其是衝刺跑之選手)或是體重重的人,他們的腳(包括膝與踝)必須承受相當大的Fzl。此外,長跑者的雙腳超高頻率地撞擊地面,極易因訓練過度而受到傷害。這一點長跑選手應多加注意。透過地面反作用力的分析,瞭解影響跑步成績的一些因素:腳著地方式與地面反作用力的關係.體重、速度與地面反作用力的關係,乃至腳著地時力量中心之路徑,期能提供教練或選手在訓練、選擇跑鞋、或傷害預防方面一些有用的參考。

Running is a very simple and popular exercise that helps people promote fitness. This simple exercise will have no choice but to be ceased once knees or ankles get hurt or some region of a leg has problems, however. Although running benefits health, it is unavoidable for legs to get hurt by the collision with ground. The primary purposes of this study are to explore the analyses of the runner's ground reaction force in running and the relationship of running mechanism and running shoes. The findings indicated that vertical ground reaction force (impact peak Fzl) is significantly affected by body weight and running speed. Furthermore, long-distance runners are easy to get hurt by over training because their legs have super high frequency of impact on ground in running. The persons who are long-distance runners have to care about the influence. By way of analyzing the ground reaction forces, we know some factors that affect the performance of running 'the relationship between patterns of legs' impact on the ground and ground reaction forces, the relationship among body weight, running speed and ground reaction forces, and the path of the center of force as the heel strike on the ground. Hopefully, the finding s of the study will be the help information and be offered to athletes and coaches in training. choosing sports shoes and injury prevention.
