阮籍〈樂論〉在魏晉思想中,歷來學者有著極不同的評價。有些學者以為,阮籍〈樂論〉缺少新意,仍停留在傳統儒學的關心課題,因此,與〈達莊論〉、〈大人先生傳〉中的阮籍思想,是兩種不同的人生態度;有些學者則以為,阮籍〈樂論〉中「自然形上美學」的建立,有其時代意義與蘊涵,而肯定〈樂論〉的地位。針對第一種評價而言,筆者以為,阮籍〈樂論〉並非停留在傳統儒學的關心課題,也並非與〈達莊論〉、〈大人先生傳〉的思想為兩極,筆者比較傾向於第二種評價,阮籍〈樂論〉的提出是有其時代意義與蘊涵,但此時代意義與蘊涵又並非完全否定掉傳統儒學的關心問題,筆者以為,阮籍〈樂論〉的時代意義是繼承於儒學思想而轉化於玄學思考的理想音樂的追求。故此文,筆者試從〈樂論〉中儒學玄學化的探究,以確定〈樂論〉在玄學思惟中的時代意義。
From ancient time to now, most scholars have got the very different evaluation about the book "Music Theory" written by Juan-Chi in the period of Wei and Jin .Some scholars think, the Juan-Chi's "Music Theory" lacks creativity, for it concerns about the topic of the traditional Metaphysics. Therefore, the attitude toward human s life in "Music Theory" is very different from the thought in his two other articles "Chuang-Tzu theory" and "Big Sir Biography". Some scholars then think that the Juan-Chi's "Music Theory" in the establishment of natural form last esthetics have the meaning of its times and contain, and affirm the position of the "Music Theory". Aim at the first evaluation and speeches, the writer thinks, Juan-Chi's "Music Theory" not merely stays around the traditional Metaphysics topics, nor is in two poles of "Chuang-Tzu theory" and "Big Sir Biography". The writer inclines toward the second evaluationses more-the Juan-Chi's "Music Theory" has the meaning of its times and contain. But the meaning of its times and contain does not totally negate the traditional Metaphysics. The writer thinks, the times meaning of the Juan-Chi's "Music Theory" is a pursuing of ideal music that inherits from the thought of Metaphysics and converts in the Neo-Taoism. For this reason, the writer tries to explore the thought of Metaphysics and Neo-Taoism in "Music Theory" in order to certain the meaning of Neo-Taoism in times.
