The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation between work stresses, coping strategies and teaching efficiencies for teachers of Food and Beverage Management in Vocational High Schools. Literature review and survey were conducted for this study. The study adapted self-edited ”Questionnaire of work feeling and teaching efficiency”. Taking the Vocational High School teachers in Taiwan as the main targets of the study, had 462 teachers to do the questionnaires for data collecting. 272 acceptable questionnaires were collected. The return rate was 58.87%. The statistical methodology included percentage, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, canonical correlation analysis.With the findings and conclusion, the study offered some suggestions for the educational administration, schools, teachers and future researches.
