績優曲棍球教練訓練行為觀點之個案研究

A Case Study of Opinions of Coaching Behaviors for the Elite Hockey Coach

摘要


本研究的目的在探討績優曲棍球教練訓練行為的觀點,以立意抽樣方式,選定於中部某國小訓練校隊,有卓著績效的男性曲棍球教練為研究個案。以「運動指導行為訪談綱要」為研究工具,以訪談為資料蒐集方式。結果指出:一、在各種訓練行為的使用上,教練認為不同型態的指導中,當場指導會讓球員印象深刻,成效比較大;會以使用名字配合正、負增強的使用,以刺激球員努力學習、減少犯錯,它會讓師生互動更為密切;由於訓練時間有限,教練不會把時間浪費在問問題的方式;肢體協助比較適用於初學者;經常使用正面示範,認為錯誤的示範可能讓球員產生負向聯結而不利學習;催促應該儘量少發生,除非學生有精神渙散、練習不積極情況;認為教育應儘量鼓勵優點,以提升球員優越感,而非強調足以令他自卑的部份;注重球員行為的管理,針對偏差的言行會特別鞭策;以指示進行訓練,減少時間的浪費,更藉由指示灌輸知識給球員。二、教練並表示球員需要因材施教,應給予不同的訓練行為;大部分得到讚美的學生會有較好的表現。三、認為自己訓練的特色是把訓練遊戲化,儘量讓學生在比賽中得到樂趣並培養默契,不須花太多時間在基本動作的訓練上;另外,教練應具備管控球隊的權威,並協助球員規劃未來。

The purpose of this study was to understand coaching behaviors of the elite hockey coach. The subject was a male hockey coach in an elementary school in the central of Taiwan. The research method was the interview, and the instrument was the outline for the sport instructional behavior. The results were in the following: (a) the coach thought that the concurrent instruction was the best way for coaching, and used use of first name to motivate them to learn more and erase those mistakes. In addition, the coach didn't waste the time on questioning for the players because of the limiting time for coaching. Furthermore, he also used the positive modeling to replace the negative modeling for learning the skills, and the hustle was not allowed. Moreover, he thought that education was to develop the players' strengthens and advantages. He took care of the players' behaviors, especially deviant behaviors. (b) The coach thought that different coaching behaviors should be given for the players of different level skills, and most players praised by the coach had the better performance. (c) The coach thought that his characteristics on coaching were to be the game, and let the players be fun. In addition, he didn't need to spend much time to train the fundamental skills. However, the coach needed to control the players of the team, and to develop their ability for designing their career.
