探討麻醉護理人員的人格特質、輪班制度與忍受度之相關研究：以台中市某區域教學醫院為例

摘要

隨著時代進步，全球化的發展之下，人們工作時間早已經不是傳統認知的日出而做、日落而息的形態。在面對無法間斷的醫院工作，麻醉護理人員也必須在輪班的工作時間下協助完成手術。本研究目的有：（1）探討麻醉護理人員在不同人口變數下的人格特質類型。（2）探討麻醉護理人員在不同人口變數下的忍受度。（3）探討麻醉護理人員其人格特質與導致的忍受度。本研究採用調查研究法，研究樣本取樣於二家區域醫院的麻醉護理人員，以結構式問卷進行調查，回收有效問卷32份。資料分析以SPSS17.0 for window套裝軟體進行統計分析，並使用描述性統計方法、t檢定、變異數分析、迴歸分析進行實證分析。結果：精神病質型的人格特質在輪班制度下有顯著差異。輪兩班的班別最會導致嗜睡的情況。精神病質型的人格特質最會有失眠的問題發生。研究結論可提供醫院管理階層、麻醉護理主管在人員的排班方式參酌，以減少輪班工作對個人身心所造成的負面影響及傷害，和間接造成手術中病人的傷害，以維護手術麻醉品質和病人安全。

In this era, with innovative technology and globalization, we are already working beyond the typical working time, especially for those Anesthetists who work in the hospital. They work in shifts to accomplish their tasks and assist in the surgery. Therefore the purposes of this study include (1) to investigate and classify Anesthetist Personality under demographic variable.(2) to investigate the tolerance of Anesthetist on shift work under demographic variable. 3) to investigate the tolerance of Anesthetist at work and lead to their personality .The study took Purposive sampling. Samples were taken from two metropolitan hospital at Taichung city. A total number of 32 structural questionnaires were usable. We use SPSS 17.0 to run analysis and descriptive statistics ,t-test、one way ANOVA and regression analysis for empirical analysis. The results showed that: First, Psychotic personality type has a significant qualitative difference in the shift work. Second, two shift work will lead to sleepiness. Furthermore, Qualitative type of psychotic personality most have insomnia problems. The study could be a reference for hospital's management and Anesthetist supervisor to assign a reasonable and effective shift to employee, in order to reduce the negative impacts from unreasonable shift work and also to maintain anesthesia quality and patient safety.
