旅館業知識分享與組織學習的影響

The Effects of Hotel Industry Implementation Knowledge Sharing and Organizational Learning

摘要


本研究目的,以紮根理論探討觀光旅館業房務部一線人員導入知識分享時,如何影響組織學習的關係。此外,對於旅館業房務人員、組織學習與知識分享之間的關係;將有助於旅館業一線人員瞭解知識分享觀念的落實對組織學習之影響。以質性研究訪談方式收集資料,紮根理論分析,最後形成理論飽和。本研究以觀光旅館管理人員為研究對象,共計10個樣本;結果發現,觀光旅館管理人員知識分享行為在房務部一線人員與組織學習過程之間具有中介效果;一線人員與知識分享是專業能力的養成之過程;知識分享行為與組織學習過程中,屬於有效學習成效過程,其中一對一教授、師徒制度、部門會議最有效。
