Six sigma management is an act of quality that strives for near perfection. It is the key factor that makes the Motorola Company products and service to achieve high quality, which can promote to a large extent of high quality and make an astonishing profit. As far from year 1987, the management accountability of Motorola Company have made a great impact on the private enterprise since then. Nowadays, six sigma management has been an important issue widely addressed and well documented by many leading global organizations. The purpose of this paper is to explore the content of six sigma management and its implications of educational administration management. First, the paper focuses on the analysis of the meaning, DMAIC, organization, and leadership about six-sigma management. Next, we will discusses the differences between enterprise organizations and the educational organizations in order to understand the possibilities and limitations of enterprise management theory applying to educational organizations. Concerning about the conclusion, analyzes nine implications of six sigma management on educational administration management.
