教育部在實施九年一貫的新課程中,將「運用科技與資訊」列為十大基本能力之一,同時也將其列入「自然與科技」的學習領域中,並且將「資訊教育」列為六項重大議題之一。本文的目的在分析國內資訊科技融入教學相關文獻,以了解學校資訊科技融入教學實施時的實際情況和困難以及可行的改善方法與措施。根據分析的結果,教師們實施資訊科技融入教學過程最常碰到的困難有六項,包括資訊能力待加強與實施意願不高、時間運用的不足等等;而多數研究者提出解決的策略則有七項,包括行政配套的相關措施、加強教師資訊素養等等。這些實務經驗和建議可作為持續推動資訊科技融入教學的參考。
In 2001, the Taiwan Ministry of Education launched an Information Education Master Plan, which prescribs a major focus on integrating information technology in teaching and learning for junior and senior high schools. The main purpose of this study is to analyze the relative literature to understand the teaching difficulties in the teaching process and the available strategies that the literature had mentioned. According to the analysis, there were six factors ranked highest as obstacles while integrating information technology in teaching. They are ”lack of the literacy of information technology and willingness”, ”overloading instructional hours” and so on. In the meantime, there are seven available strategies: mentioned included seven factors ranked as good ways to solve the difficulties that were described. They were ”the ministerial support”, ”to strengthen teachers' literacy” and so on. These practical experiences and advice could be useful considerations to the relative authorities.
